– 5th Asset Injection

Maybank Asset Management Sdn Bhd, as the Manager of Amanah Hartanah Bumiputera (“AHB” or the “Fund”), wishes to announce that on 15 February 2016, Pelaburan Hartanah Berhad, as the Sponsor of the Fund, has entered into an agreement to sell the beneficial interest in One Precinct to AmanahRaya Trustees Berhad, as the Trustee of the Fund, for a cash consideration of RM120 million at a lease rental of RM6 million per annum for a 10-year lease term commencing from 1 March 2016.
 
One Precinct is a stratified 7-storey office building and 2-storey retail podium with 2-level basement parking located in Lengkok Mayang Pasir, Bayan Baru, 11950, Pulau Pinang.
