Amanah Hartanah Bumiputera - Notice of Changes in Fund Information

Dear Valued Investors,

Please be informed that there are changes to the Amanah Hartanah Bumiputera (AHB) fund (“the Fund”) information with effect from 1 April 2016. Changes are as below:

  1. Increase of Fund Size
    The Fund size has increased by 1.1 billion Units.
  2. Injection of Assets
    The following is the list of real estates with the new injections bolded and underlined below:

  3. Maximum Investment limit
    The limit for maximum investment has increased from 400,000 Units to 500,000 Units per individual for both cash and Employee Provident Fund (EPF) investments in total.
     
  4. Minimum Initial Investment
    The minimal initial investment has reduced from 500 Units to 100 Units for individuals. However, the minimum initial investment for individuals under the EPF Members’ Investment scheme remains unchanged at 1,000 units.
     
  5. Minimum Additional Investment units
    The minimum additional investment units has reduced from 100 Units to 50 Units for individuals. However, the minimum initial investment for individuals under the EPF Members’ Investment scheme remains unchanged at 1,000 units.
     
  6. Minimum Balance Requirement
    The minimum balance requirement has reduced from 500 Units to 100 Units for individuals. However, the minimum initial investment for individuals under the EPF Members’ Investment scheme remains unchanged at 1,000 units.

    In the event a request to repurchase would result in individuals holding less than 100 Units (or less than 1,000 Units if investment made under the EPF Members’ Investment Scheme), the Manager is entitled to repurchase all the remaining Units and to close the individual’s account.
     
  7. Minimum Repurchasing/Selling of Units
    The minimum repurchasing/ selling of Units have reduced from 500 Units to 100 Units for individuals.
