[Maybank AM, Group] Permodalan Nasional Berhad has completed its subscription of 20% of Maybank Asset Management Group Berhad’s share capital on 30 May 2018.

Notice is hereby given that Permodalan Nasional Berhad (“PNB”) on 30 May 2018 completed its subscription of 20% of Maybank Asset Management Group Berhad (“MAMG”)’s enlarged share capital, having received all the required regulatory and shareholders’ approvals.

AMB will continue to operate as usual following the subscription. The funds under AMB will remain professionally managed by experienced investment managers, supported by Maybank Group’s regional platform.
