PHB AND MAM LAUNCHES MYAHB MOBILE APPLICATION
KUALA LUMPUR, 14 March 2023 - Pelaburan Hartanah Berhad (PHB) and Maybank Asset Management Sdn. Bhd. (MAM) are pleased to announce the launch of myAHB, PHB’s first-generation mobile investment platform. myAHB, which is available on both the App Store and Google Play Store, is designed to enhance investment experience and simplify day-to-day tasks of Amanah Hartanah Bumiputera (AHB) unit holders nationwide.
myAHB is an easy-to-use app that offers faster and secured digital platform for unit holders to manage their AHB units. Unit holders can view their current unit holdings, subscribe new units or redeem their existing units instantly, around the clock, on the app. The myAHB app also allows unit holders to track their recent transactions and download account statements.
PHB’s Group Chief Executive Officer, Mohamad Damshal Awang Damit said, “The launch of myAHB app today marks another milestone for PHB in our effort to provide better services to our unit holders. This new service complements our existing traditional distribution channel via bank branches, in providing our unit holders with an added convenience, flexibility and a cost-saving option in conducting their transactions.”
He reiterated, “This service provides our unit holders the freedom of conducting their transactions anytime and from any location.
In developing this new service, we have not compromised the security aspect of it. We understand the public’s anxiety and cautiousness on the security aspects of our mobile app, or any transactions made via the app.
For now, this service is only offered to AHB unit holders that are registered with Maybank.
Apart from the mobile app, PHB and MAM also would like to invite the public to visit AHB’s website at myAHB.my. This is the official website dedicated to share current information in relation to AHB fund including historical income distributions, fund performance and updates on the fund so that investors can keep track of their investment and make better investment decisions.
