Change in the Shareholding Structure of Maybank Asset Management Group (“MAMG”)

In accordance with the Bursa announcements released by Malayan Banking Berhad (“Maybank”) on 19 October 2023 and 23 February 2024, MAMG is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Maybank as Permodalan Nasional Berhad (“PNB”) has ceased to be a shareholder of MAMG.

Please note that the exit of PNB has no impact on MAMG’s current business operations.
